1)Maybridge筛选化合物库

筛选化合物库提供超过56000种不同的药类分子,并且筛选出靶标化合物的几率很高, 大部分都是创新化合物,业界内最具有多样性的化合物库,符合“Lipinski五规则”,具有较好的性能,含有强效团以保证与生物靶点作用。Maybrdige筛选化合物库在新药研发领域起到关键作用,例如新药Sorafenib,Olaparib和Sunitinib的开发

筛选化合物库的子集HitFinderTM加速了先导化合物的鉴定,提供14400种优质筛选化合物并提供现货供应,从每个相似化合物簇中选择一个化合物组成HitFinderTM化合物库,化合物以干膜状态储存在96或384孔板中,方便客户使用和储存,可提供放大生产以满足先导化合物优化的需要。

从Maybridge building blocks中预先选择和称量的化合物套装,每个套装包括48个不同的化合物,每个化合物的量是100μmol,储存在5mL的小瓶中,苯胺,胺类化合物,磺酰氯,羧酸和硼酸,节省时间,降低成本
